Time has flown by and stood still at the same time. Being a parent is an amazing, rewarding experience. It's also a tiring experience. I do cherish the tiring moments because it's during those times when I am alone with Madeline. While I eagerly anticipate the time when she sleeps through the night, I also know that means she is growing up...fast. So, some of my most memorable moments the past month are at 3 am, when I am alone with her. I look at her (for now) blue eyes, kiss her hands, listen to her noisy eating and feel her warm skin against mine. I have laughed out loud when she grunts to poop and attempt to eat at the same time (and I pray her diaper contains the mess). I have cried in frustration when she won't go back to sleep and I know she will need to be fed again in less than an hour. I've prayed over her, for her health, growth and for Craig and me to raise her in the Lord. So, what has a month brought? Baby acne and a receding hairline. I laugh because she is literally losing her hair like a 45 year old man. But she is still my beautiful little girl. However, she looks more and more like Craig due to the hair loss.... *grin*

And just a few more pictures to share...Here is Madeline at around two weeks.
And here she a few days ago donning the Home Depot apron one of Craig's bosses gave her. She is the cutest associate e-v-e-r!

I loved the moments in the middle of the night that I was able to spend with each of you. The house was quiet; it was peaceful; just me with my baby. Would sit and rock you even if you had gone back to sleep.
You are a good, good mom.
According to my mom my hair fell out in clumps/patches for over a year. Cute!
Madeline gets prettier every day, acne'd or not!
I love the home depot apron!
