Gabe, the 11 month version

One last back-dated post prior to Gabe's birthday (ahem, tomorrow...but this will show up as 12/24/12, heh)

Gabe crossed into his 11th month while we were in Texas.  I mean, come on, just look at this little man.

Milestones at 11 months:
- Two molars cut through.  That was fun...for none of us!  Poor little guy.  That brings his teeth count to NINE!  And he still only three bottom teeth :)
- Ironically, he  does not like the texture of solid foods.  He is a puree man still.  I offer him bits of food at nearly every meal and while he is interested, he just gags.
- He hasn't been sleeping well since before October, but this cold/flu season is pretty stinky and he's been teething or sick since then.

- He still nurses for the majority of his nutrition.  Some days, he wants to eat and eat his spooned food, but I believe he is still getting the majority of his nourishment from me.
- He is cruisin' and all over the place.  Curious boy!
- He still has the gimp crawl, but I noticed when I put shoes on his feet he uses his knees.
- He says, "mamamamama", "pop-pop-pop-pop", and "dadadada."  He's even said "mama" and come crawling to me, so I believe he knows exactly what he's saying.

It is crazy to think that this little boy is about to be one.  He is a blessing in my life and adore my little boy.

And now, I'll go blow my nose as I cannot believe he has one more day as a baby...
