We're moving...again

This will make my tenth move in less than seven years. Before the comments start rolling in that, "I must be a pro at it," or "you must be used to it," I will say loud and clear that I DO NOT LIKE MOVING. But this move is going to be a little different.

Because we're moving into a place...

that...

we...

will...

own!

The bank officially signed the contract today and we close in May. There will be overlap because of the whole apartment break lease thing, but we will officially be in a town house in May!

Let's walk through the front door, shall we?
Keep walking and you're in the main living area
Why yes, those are hardwood floors. I like the color, too. Say, I'm a little hungry, let's visit the kitchen. It has a GAS stove, which I prefer way more than electric. And those appliances are brand new. The previous owner was kind enough to remove all the appliances before they vacated the town house, so the bank replaced them all. Isn't that kind of them?
I think I see a room next to the kitchen...is that mirrors?!? Oh well, not everything can be perfect. The bank also repainted the entire inside, so there are no funky colors on the walls anymore!
I will avoid the boring bedroom shots upstairs, simply because they are just empty bedrooms. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. A half bath is located downstairs, too.
I like the staircase, but I foresee problems getting furniture upstairs and around the bend!
OK, well maybe one bedroom/bathroom picture. See, a little boring, but I was getting tired and wanted to see the bedroom and I assumed you would, too.
What you can't see is the jacuzzi tub and his and hers sinks. Yes, this move will be different...and I've been promised that we won't move out for quite some time after we move in. Thank goodness!

Yea! Now you get to plan a nursery like crazy (like me and my crazy ebay buying of dr. seuss things I can't get in stores)!

Congratulations! I can envision scenes of "PIVOT! PI-VOT!" (FRIENDS) getting around that bend in the stairs. It is SO amazingly AWESOME to own a place before a baby is born. I wish we had that for the first 2 but we made it before the third! :-)

That place looks great! Have fun settling in! We have a bend in our stairs like that, and um, sometimes I was sure the furniture was going to come crashing through the other side of the wall, but we managed! Congrats!!
