Well almost wordless. This morning while I was pulling out an outfit for Madeline, she crawled into the closet and found a pair of shoes I got in an Ebay box of clothes for her last winter. The shoes are huge, and are lined in fleece. They're hot and the soles are made to withstand the cold winter snow. They're really snow boots.
She insisted on wearing them. I tried to distract her, but she didn't buy my tactics. So, I let her wear them. She kept them on for more than an hour and when I finally did take them off her, much to her chagrin, her feet were a sweaty mess. And she's already screamed for these shoes one other time this morning. If they weren't two sizes too large, I'd let her walk around in them, but she's tripping all over the place.

On someone so small, they almost look like Go-Go boots with her mod-60's short dress. Very swanky. :)
