Evidence we live with a toddler, part II

Madeline is very much into stickers. I'm pretty sure she learned this love from her MMO program, because I never gave them to her.

Stickers - in every shape and form - don't stand a chance around her little fingers. She peels the stickers of bananas, tags (i.e. the price tag if it's a sticky one), her sippy cups and containers for school and even the Intel processor and other computer stickers off the laptop. She finds "stickers" everywhere. She ripped a page out of a book last night and I was taping it back in when she saw the "stickers." I'm just waiting for the day she peels the tape off the pages in her repaired books...

Because she is entertained by them, I've started giving them to her when I need 5 minutes here or there. She usually peels off all the stickers, reaches behind her and sticks it to her bottom. I'm not kidding. She walks around with a myriad of stickers on her rear end. They also belong on our clothing. One day, I gave her a sheet of five rainbow stickers and she ran off, peeled away, and ran back and said, "nose sticker" and she had perfectly placed a rainbow on the tip of her nose.

Well, this particular evening I was attempting to cook dinner. Next thing I know, she runs to me and says, "Hutch! Sticker!" then runs off laughing.

Poor cat. He had no idea. And I'm pretty sure this is just the beginning...
