I ♥ my Roomba

I don't get suckered easily, but I do love a bargain and I recently got suckered.

I bought a Roomba during a Woot-Off because it wasn't refurbished and was about 1/3 of its original price. I caved. I clicked. I purchased.

I ♥ it!

The first night Craig and I set it off, we watched the thing for like 45 minutes. We walked behind it as it cleaned. I know this totally defeats the purpose of the Roomba, I mean, it cleans on its own so you don't have to. Our laziness and curiosity got the best of us and we watched it go from wood to carpet to tile and over rugs without a hitch. But it was soooo much fun to watch! We were poised when Craig pushed the "clean" button and just knew the cats would go crazy. They didn't. They were boring and let us down. No worries, because the Roomba didn't let us down.

It's great timing on my part, too. Madeline totally has forward motion now, very slow forward motion, but crawling none the less. The floors will need to be cleaned more frequently.

Have no fear though! I'm actually cleaning downstairs right now as I blog upstairs.
