Better belated!

I know you've heard the adage that good things come to those who wait, but this is really something.

Just over a year ago, Craig and I were blessed with so many gifts...a wedding registry yields lots and lots of gifts.

Some dear college friends of mine, Dave and Jen Barnes, came to the wedding, with two young kids in tow, and the drive across Texas with little ones was truly gift enough to me. Just knowing they were there really did mean a lot. Jen told me that a gift would follow and I had a suspicion that she would be making it herself (she did kind of tell me she'd be making it).

Not many people can create beauty from next to nothing, but Jen can. I don't know where she found the time to make this throw - between the kids and moving into a house and now pregnant with a third baby, but I am grateful. Just look!
