No news is good news

I'm still here.  Tired, but otherwise feeling good still.  It's crazy to think that my due date is four days away, but at this point, I honestly want another weekend out of this deal.  Gabriel can sit tight.  I have big plans for the weekend.  I want to plan something fun for Madeline - just the three of us.  I would also prefer to not be in the hospital over the weekend simply because that means Craig will be taking off at the beginning of the week versus the middle.  If I go into labor Sunday night or even Monday, we'd be discharged mid-week, then a couple days off for him and then another weekend.  Yup.  I want to stay pregnant a little while longer and seeing as I'm not feeling a thing, I think I have a good chance of that.

BUT, now that I've typed it out, I'll probably go into labor tonight or tomorrow.  Just wait.

I want a better video of Madeline going over her Bible verse, but this will do for now.  Craig actually took the reigns and says this nightly with her.  Last night, she wanted to say it no less than 20 times.  Upon her reciting it by herself the first time, Craig and I applauded and Madeline turned into a ball of giddiness.  So, when Craig and I didn't excitedly clap after the 10th time of her saying it on her own, she chimed in, "Mama cwap! Daddy cwap!"  And she's great at praising her efforts in the video, too.  We're certainly not short of verbal praise 'round these parts.  One last story before I post the video.  She came home from school yesterday with pom-poms glued to a piece of paper in the shape of a cross.  She could not wait to show me.  I asked her what she had done, for her to show it to me, etc. and then she proclaimed, "Ohh, I love it!", which is what I say to her when she shows off her artwork.

And yes, I was being lazy this morning - still laying in bed, Madeline propped up on me and still in her PJs with crazy hair.  But listen to what she recites!
She's saying Matthew 19:26. "With God, all things are possible." (she's added "yay!" to the end of it :-)
